so I went out to this shop way-the-hell outside of LA ‘n located some
original linoleum with the large spreckle-fleck shapes that were only used
on the ’59 through 67 short bodies and yanked this puppy down to bare
walls ‘n that’s when I discovered that the furnace tubing located at
the bottom to the back of the heater - come over here, I’ll show you -
now see that quarter nut back there in the corner? Well it took me 2 hours
to get that thing loose ‘n meanwhile the shower stall was coming along
‘cept for this piece of u-shape tubing that had rotted out but hell,
these ol' streamers are sturdy sons
-a - bitches & really easy to work on - but that shower - well, we
found out that the shower worked great & Steph & I have used it a
bunch & cooked some tasty meals on the stove too - that’s a damn
good stove - but anyway, come check out this
tag on the side by the refrigerator, you won’t believe this -
it’s the original owners tag the original owner Haw! Haw! That’s just
great and Steph really did a great job fixin up the interior curtains
….” |
